钢格板的原材料

我们讨论钢格板的原材料, 前提是钢,钢的格栅板, 所以非金属的,
有色金属的格板不在本标准的规定范围.
钢格板的原材料就是用什么牌号的钢材,用什么规格的钢材.
YB4001-1991标准是这样规定的:
原材料--扁钢--用钢牌号:Q235-A
其化学成分和力学性能应符合GB700的规定.--扁钢的尺寸及允许偏差应符合表3的规定(表3 扁钢的尺寸及允许偏差 厚度3,5mm
宽度20,25,32,40,45,50,55,65mm
长度6100mm).根据需方的要求,也可提供用其他厚度和宽度尺寸的扁钢生产的钢格板.
扭绞方钢--用钢牌号:Q235-A.F
其力学性能应符合GB700的规定.--扭绞方钢的尺寸及允许偏差:方钢边长为6mm, 允许偏差为±0.4mm.
YB/T4001-1998标准是这样规定的:
材料--负载扁钢--负载扁钢可采用碳素结构钢或不锈钢,其化学成分和力学性能应分别符合GB700-88的Q235-A或GB1220-92的0Cr18Ni9的规定.根据供需双方协议,也可采用其他性能高于上述规定的材料.--扁钢尺寸允许偏差应符合表1的规定--钢格板使用的负载扁钢最小厚度为2mm.
横杆--横杆采用与负载扁钢相同的材质,并符合上述材质标准的规定--横杆的截面积:横杆为扭绞方钢,其截面积不得小于25mm2;横杆为圆钢或扁钢,其截面积不得小于16mm2.
包边板--包边板采用与负载扁钢相同的材质,并符合上述材质标准的规定.
YB/T4001.1-2007标准是这样规定的:
材料--承载扁钢--承载扁钢可采用GB/T700的Q235-A或B级钢制造,根据供需双方协议,也可采用其他材料制造.--钢格板使用的承载扁钢可以是热轧扁钢,I型钢,也可以是经过纵剪的热轧或冷轧带钢.
横杆--横杆采用与承载扁钢相同的材质,并应符合有关标准的规定.--横杆的截面积: 横杆为扭绞方钢,圆钢或扁钢,其截面积不得小于20mm2.
包边板--包边板采用与承载扁钢相同的材质,并应符合有关标准的规定.
第四次修订的新标准应如何去考虑钢格板原材料的相关规定呢?
首先,新钢种新材料的使用.
随着钢格板产品在不同场合的使用要求不同,钢格板产品也应当与时俱进,紧跟新材料、新应用的需求步阀,把适应不同场合使用要求的材料合理使用上,把新材料用上去,把新钢种用上去,钢格板的新产品,新用途就出来了,把钢格板的承载结构优势和新材料的优越特性相结合,就是新型的结构板材.
比如耐腐蚀性的问题,不能指望Q235材料的钢格板经过热浸锌就能抵御不同介质不同环境的腐蚀,或者指望增加热浸锌的锌层厚度去延长耐腐蚀的年限。科学的态度应是根据使用环境腐蚀介质的特性、浓度、温度梯度、接触频率等腐蚀因素加以收集,进行数据分析,选择可以承受或耐缓的材料来制作钢格板。
又比如荷载强度的问题,不能单靠缩小跨距或是增加板厚来解决荷载需求.承载能力和自重永远是矛盾对立面.选用高强度钢种生产的钢格板,才是最好的解决钢格板荷载强度问题的办法。
所以,钢格板采用GB/T700的Q235-A或B级钢制造的条款要改,由碳素结构钢材料,增加低合金高强度结构钢,焊接结构用耐侯钢,铁素体不锈钢,双相不锈钢及奥氏体不锈钢等耐腐蚀钢种材料
。
第二,07标准对原材料的规定:钢格板使用的承载扁钢可以是热轧扁钢,I型钢,也可以是经过纵剪的热轧或冷轧带钢.由于热轧扁钢生产成本高,尺寸难以控制,不利于钢格板生产的送料自动化,所以新标准不再提及热轧扁钢.
新标准对钢格板原材料的条款将会是
钢格板的原材料是经过纵剪的热轧或冷轧带钢:
采用碳素结构钢,低合金高强度结构钢及焊接结构用耐侯钢材料,其性能最低不得低于Q235-A,并且符合GB/T700,GB/T1591,GB/T4172的要求;
采用铁素体不锈钢,双相不锈钢及奥氏体不锈钢材料,其性能最低不得低于06Cr13Al,并且符合GB/T1220的要求.

steel grating after
hot-dip galvanized can
resist the corrosion of
different media in
different environments,
or expect to increase
the thickness of layer
of hot-dip
galvanizing
corrosion resistance
extends the life of
steel grating. Scientific attitude should be according to the use of environment corrosion media properties, concentration, and temperature gradient, frequency of contact corrosion factors to be collected for data analysis, to be selected to bear or corrosion resistant materials to make steel grating.
Another example is load
strength, can not rely
on the narrow span or
increasing the thickness
of the plate to solve
the load demand.The carrying capacity and the self weight are always the opposite of contradiction.Selection of high strength steel to produce the steel grating, is the best way to solve the problem of steel grating load strength.

Second,YB/T4001.1-2007 standard on

raw materials:The bearing bar of steel grating can be used hot rolled flat bar, I bar, can also be after slitting rolled or cold-rolled strip. Due to the high cost of production of hot rolled flat bar, hard to control the size, is not conducive to the steel grating production of automatic feeding, so the new standard is no longer mentioned hot-rolled flat steel.
