钢格板原板的概念和生产工艺现状

钢格板原板的概念,出现在YB4001-1991之中,没作出原板的定义,只规定原板的宽度是名义尺寸1000mm,长度尺寸为6100mm的钢格板。

随后的98标准和07标准都取消了原板的提法，但是原板的概念就一直留在行业之中。

原板的名词解释应是原始的板,原生的板,初生的板,ORIGINAL PANEL，也就是钢格板的原生态。

这一概念就反映了钢格板的工艺和生产状况，钢格板板一生产出来就是1米宽，6米长。

也就是说，用以生产钢格板的原材料--扁钢长度就是6米或者是6.1米 。

把6米或者6.1米长的扁钢一根一根的往机器里送, 这就叫做人工排料 。

横杆用压力电阻焊的方法和排好的扁钢焊到一起, 每次焊两根横杆，焊30次之后完成(这是横杆间距是100mm的规格，如果横杆间距是50mm，则要焊60次)。

这就是一个生产周期。

一个生产周期出一张钢格板,  这张板就被叫做原板。

再人工排料---再一个周期再出一张原板。

或者切割裁成各种尺寸小于6米的小块。

然后包边开口____深加工

表面处理,比如热浸锌

成为深加工产品出售

这就是钢格板目前的生产工艺流程

可以说目前钢格板的生产还处在工业2.0的时代或是初始的3.0时期

The concept of the original panel of the steel grating, appeared in the YB4001-1991, did not make the definition of the original panel, only the width of the original panel is nominal size 1000mm, length of the steel grating 6100mm.

Cross bar with flat bars welded together by pressure resistance welding method on line , each welding two cross bars, 30 times after welding completed (this is the cross bar pitch is 100mm specifications, if the cross bar pitch is 50mm, welding 60 times).

This is a production cycle.

A production cycle out of a steel grating, which is called the original panel.

And then hand in hand - again a cycle of the original panel.

This is the current production process of steel grating

It can be said that the current production of steel grating is still in the era of industrial 2.0 or industrial 3.0 of the initial period
