一盘盘纵剪分条好的钢带卷，架在开卷架上，三十四根钢带经过多排滚道调平、转立输送到了压焊区域。
根据控制中心的指令，夹具自动进行了间距的调整，横杆也按指令调整间距输送到位,按照指令的起焊点定位。
屏幕显示要焊的是G405/40/50,板长1650mm,板宽1325mm。
根据自动探测的数据整理，焊接电流，焊接时间和施压大小程序自动确定，压焊自动进行。
伺服送进,前进一个行程,进行又一个压焊程序。

控制中心指令压焊程序停止，因为该件钢格板焊接完毕。
液压剪升起迅速裁断，一件钢格板压焊生产完成。屏显该板尺寸数据和激光编码，绿灯说明符合指令要求，被放行进入OK通道，顺着打开的n#滚道，离开了压焊线。
另一件钢格板压焊也接着完毕，液压剪也完成了复位动作。
屏幕显示该板是G405/30/100,板长1500mm,板宽995mm。
