钢格板实际应用的产品是6米以下的不同长度尺寸的板块,其宽度尺寸大多为1米。宽度方向的裁剪一般不成为问题,长度方向的裁剪,因为要截断所有的承载扁钢，剪切截面积
大约在2000mm2~16000mm2的范围，这么大截面积钢材的剪切，就要求比较高功率的剪切机。
热切割是方法之一，包括乙炔焰切割，等离子切割，激光切割，线切割，水刀切割等，各有优缺，总的缺点是慢，切口不整。
铣切割可以获得很好的切口，缺点是更慢。
带锯切口也很好，也是慢。
圆盘锯切口也挺好，不慢，但噪音大。
液剪切口好，噪音小，剪切速度快，而且定位精度高，可以参与整机伺服动作，适合于线上裁剪，可以做到不停顿连续动作，是钢格板生产线上裁剪的理想配置。

Disc saw cut is also very good，not slow, but loud noise.
The hydraulic shearing bed is a good cutting machine, its cut is very good, the noise is small, the shearing speed is fast,
and the positioning precision is high，can participate in the servo operation
，suitable for online cutting，can do without pause for continuous action，It is the ideal configuration for the cutting process of the steel grating production line.
